• Commercial use is x2 of the normal price. You must inform me every time if you want to use it commercially. For example, reference sheets used for vtuber are considered commercial work.

• The above price is only the starting price for 1 reference sheet. The price is up to details. If there are a lot of details, such as outfits, accessories, etc., there will be an additional cost of 10 USD

• When you send a brief, I will summarize the price from your brief. If you understand and accept the price, you need to transfer money. Full payment, or a 50% up-front deposit, must be made at the signing of the Commission Agreement before the start of work. ​​

 

• After transferring money, money will not be refunded in any case.

• After agreeing on the details of the work, transfer the money. From there, a sketch will be started, and I will make a rough sketch and a color sketch for you. You can request up to three revisions for free. If there is more than that, the price will be an additional 5 USD each time. If there are corrections to areas that have already been painted, the price will be an additional 7 USD each time.

• We do not accept urgent work in any case. It will take 1-2 months for 1 character sheet. or within 1 month at the earliest, or it may take more time. (excluding work queue waiting time)​

• If the client has a character image ready or has a clear idea, the custom design fee will not be added. But if the client wants a design, the custom design fee will be added according to the table above.

• If, after checking the brief, it is expected that the drawing cannot be made, I must reject your commission request.

• Please transfer money within 3 days after notifying the transfer amount. After 3 days, if you do not transfer money on time, it will be considered as canceling the queue. and after transferring money If there is a case where the client cancels work midway.
